Best steak around! Service is always kind and observant to anything you may need. I love that the owners normalize coming to you before you leave to make sure you enjoyed your steak and ask if there's anything they can do better! Additionally, they have an array of desserts and beverages that you may not expect from a small town restaurant. Awesome
This was the BEST steak I have had in ages! Definitely worth the stop when traveling through Luverne. My husband had an appetizer of fried mushrooms. We both had a NY Strip with 2 sides. They were cooked perfectly, and were mouth-watering awesome. We finished our meal with a Chocolate Tort dessert (gluten-free for me). We met one of the owners, and she and her staff were super friendly, a great host of Southern hospitality! (I was so hungry, I took a couple bites before I remembered to take a pic)

We were in town for a playoff football game and absolutely loved this place. The steaks were some of the best we’ve ever had. Their staff was amazing and everything came out super quick. So glad we found Preston’s.
Excellent!!! The steak was cooked and seasoned to perfection, the asparagus were perfectly grilled, everything came out on time and in the right order. The atmosphere is warm and comforting. Man, I tell ya, I'm glad I tried this place. I haven't had a better steak at a restaurant in years! A!
This place is the definition of a great hole in the wall restaurant! It's nothing to look at, but we loved it. The food was delicious, cooked to perfection. Our waitress was super, and everything was clean. They even chased me down to give me back my card that I forgot after paying. This was for our anniversary, and we will definitely go back.
This is by far my favorite steak house. The service is always great and the food is always fantastic.
Preston's in Luverne never disappoints. The ribeye steak is always tender and juicy. My husband loves the loaded sweet potato almost as much as the steak. I switch around the sides I get - fried green beans, onion rings, fried okra - they have all been good.
